1. The interests offered pursuant to this Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement are units in the managed investment scheme called East Coast Mortgage Trust ARSN 090 631 637 ("the Trust").
   
   
2. The PDS and Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement are dated the 2nd November 2009.
   
   
3. The PDS and Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement contains important information about the Trust. It is advisable to read both the PDS and Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement before applying for units in East Coast Mortgage Trust.
   
   
4. A person who gives another person access to the application form in the Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement must, at the same time and by the same means, give the other person access to both the PDS and Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement. Units in the Trust will only be issued on receipt of an application form from the Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement and issued together with the PDS.
   
   
5. A complete copy of the paper form of the PDS and Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement will be sent to investors free of charge if requested during the subscription period for units in the Trust.
   
   
6. The offer under the PDS is available to people receiving the PDS and Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement within Australia.
