We collect information from you when you apply for a Loan Facility or to become a Unit Holder of East Coast Mortgage Trust (i.e. when you apply to use our products and services).

In providing products and services to you it may be necessary for us to provide your personal information to other organisations with which we conduct business.
These organisations include entities such as our Custodian, Perpetual Trustee Company Limited, our solicitors and legal advisors, our accountants, auditors and financial advisers, our insurers, our panel valuers, conveyancers, our bankers, our computer programmers and computer system providers and government agencies which regulate our products and services.
Your personal information is only provided to those entities to the extent necessary to enable us to provide our products and services to you and to the extent required by law.
If you consent to us doing so, we may provide you with information from time to time about new products and services available to you from Lismore Management Corporation Limited and East Coast Mortgage Trust, or other businesses with which we have a relationship.

In order to provide products and services to you we require information about you.
If you do not provide us with all of the information we require we may be unable to accept your application for finance, Prospectus application for units in the East Coast Mortgage Trust or provide products or services to you. I am pleased to report that the Board of Lismore Management Corporation as responsible entity for the East Coast Mortgage Trust is continuing with the orderly wind down of the Trust with a further return of capital to investors.
An amount equal to 10% of investors' current balance will be returned to investors on the 3rd April 2013.
